Fixed side navigation so it is now static and does not scroll with the screen
Fixed content area so that visible area does not overlap the header and footer and is scrollable
Added media query for ipads in landscape mode
Removed local date/time stamp for small screens/windows
Removed redundant code from resize script
Adjusted footer width and style for a more consistent look
Adjusted style sheet to wrap long text so there should never be a horizontal scroll bar
Completed aria script to properly highlight the correct current page links
Added a "Working on it" image for pages in development
